The first step is the hardest.

One of the hardest steps is reaching out for support. After that, just take a deep breath and show up for yourself. I hope that I can help you, too, and am looking forward to the chance to connect with you, to sit in the painful story you have to share, and to see how we can work as a team for you to have a brighter future.
